This website is operated by Elevatus Construction LLC DBA Elevatus Construction, a residential construction and exterior restoration company located at 3750 Ralph Ave Unit 738, Owensboro, KY 42303, serving Owensboro and surrounding Western Kentucky communities. Services include roofing, siding, gutters, windows, painting, new construction, insurance restoration and interior remodeling.

Estimates are based on the conditions observed at the time of inspection and the information provided by the property owner. Hidden or concealed conditions discovered during work may change the scope and price. Written scopes describe the work to be performed and control over any verbal discussion.

Elevatus Construction is a contractor, not a public adjuster or insurance representative, and does not guarantee the approval, coverage or outcome of any insurance claim.

Customers agree to provide safe access to the property, disclose known conditions, secure or remove fragile items near the work area, keep vehicles, pets and children clear of active work zones, and provide accurate contact and ownership information.

Payment terms are set out in the signed agreement for each project. Additional work outside the agreed scope requires a written change order describing the added work and cost before it is performed.

Project schedules are estimates. Weather, material availability, permitting, inspections and conditions discovered during work may affect timelines. We communicate schedule changes as soon as they are known.

Applicable workmanship and manufacturer warranties are described in the project documents provided at completion. Manufacturer warranties are issued by the manufacturer and subject to its terms and eligibility requirements. Warranty coverage may be affected by unauthorized alterations, lack of maintenance, or damage from later events.

Text messages are sent only to customers who have directly provided a mobile number and affirmatively agreed to receive messages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevatus Construction is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability related to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project, except where a broader remedy is required by law.
